Do your marinades contain gluten?
Yes, all of our marinades contain soy sauce which contains gluten.
Do your marinades contain dairy or nut products?
No, they do not.
Where do you ship to?
We now ship nationwide via UPS. However, shipping rates will vary based on location. We do not recommend more than 2 day delivery time to ensure proper food safety.
When will my order arrive?
Once we receive your order, we will ship out the package the following business day, Monday – Thursday
Since packages are delivered via UPS, we cannot guarantee it will arrive as scheduled, so please order accordingly.

Will my items arrive fresh or frozen?
In order to ensure proper food safety, we ship all of our products frozen, along with frozen gel packs to ensure that your products will arrive frozen or chilled.
What is the best way to defrost the package?
For optimal results, the USDA cold water thawing practice recommends that the package be placed in a bowl of cold water for intervals of 30 minutes, replacing the water to avoid the contamination of the product. It is important to note, however, that the package should NOT be fully submerged under water to avoid any possibility of water seeping into the package.
How many people can one package feed?
Recommended serving size for meat is approximately 1/2 lb (8 oz) per adult, up to 3/4 lb (12 oz) for larger appetites and those who don’t mind leftovers. Since LA Kalbi and Oakland Kalbi contain bones, we recommend approximately 3/4 lb serving size per adult.
Since most of our products are sold in 2lb. increments, each package should be enough to for 4 servings.
